Due to popular demand, we are going to open our doors again for one more day this Friday - 5 September 2025 - for our AWEsome AWEgust Warehouse Sale!

Each ticket includes:

• Admission for 1 person on 5 September 2025
  
• 1.5-hour time slot - please choose the time slot you are coming for (from S1 to S6)
  
• $10 credits valid for use during your time slot

Things to note:

• Please present your order confirmation (screenshot or email) at registration.
  
• Please come 15 minutes before your time slot for registration, so that you can enter the warehouse promptly when your time slot begins.
  
• Latest admission will be 30 minutes before your time slot ends. Regardless of the time you entered, you must leave by the end of the time slot (no extensions will be granted).
  
• Walk-ins during public access time slots allowed, subject to capacity limit and after admission of ticket guests.
  

Terms & conditions:

• NO trying
  
• NO returns or exchange
  
• You must leave by the end of your registered time slot, so please factor in some time to queue to make payment.
  
• You may purchase tickets for multiple time slots. However, time slots cannot be combined to extend your shopping duration - each ticket is valid only for its scheduled period of 1 hour and you will be asked to leave when the period is over. Please also note that the $10 credits must be used during each time slot and cannot be combined.
  
• There must be one person present per ticket. In other words, you cannot purchase multiple tickets for yourself. In the event that your guest does not turn up, the ticket (which includes the $10 credits) will be forfeited.
  
• No refunds will be issued for any ticket sales regardless of reason for absence.
  
• We only accept payment via PayNow. Please note that cash, credit/debit cards, store credits or gift cards will not be accepted.
• Spending at our warehouse sale counts towards membership tier upgrade / maintenance if you provide your account details at checkout. We will update your account within 1 week. Please note that we will not entertain any requests to process any spending accumulation if you did not provide your account details at checkout.
